La chambre propre et spacieuses bel hôtel intérieur comme extérieur. Très propre.
La barrière de la langue. Je trouve dommage qu un si grand hotel ne puisse pas avoir de personnel qui ne parle pas le français. C était vraiment un gros problème. Nous avons mangé 2 fois au buffet de l hôtel à cause d une mauvaise météo et j ai été stupéfaite qu ont m ai fait payer 64 euro pour 2 personnes. Les restaurants a l extérieure de l hôtel étaient moins chère. Vous devriez revoir vos tarifs.
